Heat data: Verified · Chili Pepper Madness
Thai peppers are small, slender, intensely hot chilies — typically under 1 inch long — that ripen from green to bright red and are used in almost every traditional Thai dish. They are known for a clean, piercing heat and are excellent dried, ground into flakes, or used fresh in curries and stir-fries. Compact ornamental bushes can carry up to 200 fruits simultaneously, making them highly productive.
