Gypsy is an All-America Selections-winning F1 hybrid sweet pepper developed in the latter half of the 20th century as a cross between bell and sweet Italian ram's horn pepper types. The tapered, 4-inch fruits mature through a rainbow progression from yellow to orange to red, all simultaneously on the plant. Its compact habit, early harvest, and prolific yield make it one of the most popular sweet peppers for home gardeners.
