Orange Bell Pepper

Orange bell peppers are thick-walled, blocky sweet peppers that ripen from green to a vivid orange-gold color and contain no capsaicin. They are noticeably sweeter and more fruity than green bell peppers, making them popular for fresh salads, crudités, and roasting.
